"Came for the Food but the service made it even better! Had an amazing server (Hailey) she was awesome! Management material 100% never even had to ask for anything with a group of 4 people, conversation was amazing as well, want great service ask to be seated in her section & tip well! Food was hot and cooked to the T so so delicious! Definitely coming back! Thank you, you made our night out!"

"We aren't big fans of chain sit-down restaurants, and the only reason we stopped by one night was out of convenience. Then we went back again because the service was excellent, the food was 4/5-5/5 depending on what we had, and the place was clean. On our first outing, my order was made wrong, and they were apologetic, and our waitress let the manager know (not because we said to) and he offered his apology and a free something (this was months ago), but we declined. The offer meant a lot, but was not needed in this case. The new burger was hot, fresh, and excellent. What stood out, and why we will go back, is the service. For us, if the food hits above a 3.5/5 and everything else is spot on, you will get more of our money. Please keep it up."

"I have visited this particular Chili's more than any other restaurant in my lifetime. I could write a short story about the staff sand management at the Martinsburg location, but I'll keep it short and sweet. We had Cassie as our server and was greeted promptly, gave recommendations, and everything was perfect, including drinks never getting past half full. The general manager Kate stopped by when checking on patrons and is absolutely amazing. If I could give ten stars I would. We will be back!!"

"We were seated very quickly despite it being busy. Our server, Chrissy (sp?) was super nice and attentive. Our appetizer came out almost instantly. The food was great. The bathrooms were clean. Would definitely recommend!"

"I want to recognize the excellent service my large (15 person) dining group received from Angela and her colleagues during the very busy 8:30-9:30 pm hour on Friday 2/20/26. Angela was highly meticulous and accurate in collecting/delivering our full crew’s drink, appetizer and entrees. Our group was primarily populated by teenagers/school mates who were enjoying a meal after a lively local school show choir concert. "This place is a great chain with a huge variety of food options and drinks. They have a nice large bar which mid-high end liquor options as well and a few draft beer options to select from. The triple dipper is a must when coming here, and they have some of the best chain burgers out there. Nashville Hot Mozz sticks did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and was in and out in a reasonable time, definitely would come back!"

"We walked in and were promptly seated. Waiter was right there taking our drink order. We were kept with two of our drink choices the whole time constant check ins service was awesome! We ordered mozzarella sticks they were great. Also ordered the bacon ranch cheeseburger meal and wife ordered honey chipotle tenders meal with Mac n cheese and fries. Both were well sized portions fries and mains were on point."
